A stay of less than 3 days increases above price by 30%.

Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 10:00 (noon).

Only if you tell us at booking time,
check-out time can be moved to 18:00 with an additional charge of 50% of daily price.

Reservation is only confirmed after a down-payment of 30% of the total price.

The reservation request can be sent by e-mail or directly on our website. Upon receipt of the inquiry, the camp makes a reservation that is valid as an option for the next five days from the sending of the offer. The offer contains an informative calculation and the amount of the advance.
An advance payment of 30% of the offer reservation must be paid.

In order for the reservation to become valid, the advance payment must be paid within the five days from the sending of the offer. The reservation is automatically canceled after five days from the sending of the offer if no payment has been reported.

After paying the advance, it is necessary to send a notification via e-mail so that the reservation is not canceled. The camp reserves the right to refuse or cancel the reservation in case the guest does not pay the advance costs within the stipulated time.

Assignment of the mobile home number is the responsibility of the booking agent and the number is not known to the guest until the arrival at the camp. It depends primarily on the occupancy of the camp. The guest can express special requirements regarding the position of the mobile home (when booking), the requirements will be met in accordance with the possibilities and the current occupancy of capacity

Guests are obliged to leave the house clean.
If you do not want to clean the house yourself, we will charge you 50€ extra.

Laundry service: 20 €

Extra charge on beach: 2 deck chairs + parasol – 15 €

Pets (with weight up to 8kg) with extra charge 20€/day, not inside of apartment but at the porch, and the place planed for them. Taking care of your own pets expected.

Before taking over a house, the guest has to leave a deposit of 100 € in cash.

After the rent is over, the deposit is given back completely if no damages or losses of inventory having been noticed.

Otherwise, the deposit is retained for the value of the repair or the purchasing price
of the damaged /lost equipment of the mobile house.

At the mobile house takeover the guest, together with the camp ” Olive Garden ” representative,
checks the inventory list and establishes the state of the mobile house takeover.

Later complaints will not be accepted if at takeover a signed proper statement has determined
the correctness of the mobile house and the completeness of its inventory.
